Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Tenfold Commerce LLC, of Raleigh, North Carolina, which runs Our Town Heritage and the Town Boutique. Using the site means you agree to them.

The Town Boutique

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, with shipping at checkout. Orders ship to the United States only.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong (a typo or a system error), we may cancel an order placed at that price and refund it in full before it goes into production.
• Every piece is made to order. Cancellations, misprints, damage and returns follow our Shipping & returns policy.
• Designs are inspired by each town's history. School, team, city, business and festival names in our community information don't mean they sponsor or endorse us, and we're not affiliated with any of them.

Photo of the Month and other contests

Each round has its own official rules, which decide who can enter, how voting works and the prizes. Read them on the contest page before you enter: Contest rules.

Photos and words you share

• You keep ownership of your photos and words.
• When you share, you confirm you took the photo or have the right to share it, and you give us a licence to show it with credit on our website, our social media and the town's archive, in the exact wording of the rules you agreed to (the Contest Rules or the Photo Sharing Rules).
• Prints and merchandise made from your photo always need your separate yes.
• You can ask us to take your photo down at any time.

Community guidelines

• Be kind. No insults, hate, threats, harassment or obscenity.
• Share only what you have the right to share, and nothing private about other people.
• No spam, advertising or fake votes. One account per person; keep your sign-in to yourself.
• We check notes and photos before they show, and we may remove anything, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms or a contest's rules.

Community information

Events and history come from public sources and the people of each town. Event details change: check with the organizer before you go.

Accounts

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; see the Privacy policy for what happens next.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Tenfold Commerce LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
