Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time.

If you have an account

The quickest way: sign in, open the account menu and choose Delete account. You get a confirmation code and a status page right away.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and websites). Facebook sends us a deletion request and gives you a confirmation code you can check here.

If you don't have an account, or can't sign in

Use the form below, or write to accounts@tenfoldcommerce.com. Tell us the email address you used (for an order, a signup or a message). We'll confirm by email before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in methods, sessions and email address.
• Your photos and notes come off our public pages within 30 days (usually right away), and entries in a running contest are withdrawn.
• Your newsletter signup.

What we have to keep

• Order records, for tax and accounting.
• The record of the permissions you gave for a shared photo (what you agreed to, for which photo, and when), moderation records and prize records, so we can show a photo was shared with permission.
• Votes in contests already under way stay counted, linked only to an anonymous ID, and are deleted after 12 months.
• If a print or product was made from your photo with your permission, it comes off sale; orders already placed are not affected.
